3.a. AI Powered.
This is machine encoding. A machine is tasked with encoding the document. This is a good choice for documents which have been developed with compliancy in mind. OpenDoc can verify that it is without errors. A single error can be attempted to be corrected, however the correction will unlikely be as accurate as a manually encoded document.

3.b.Outsourced
This is manually encoded by outsourced staff. This is a good choice if the content is not confidential and you are under a budget. While content encoding errors can be caught, the level of english/cultural awareness can not be guaranteed.

3.c. Citizen
This is manually encoded by a Canadian Citizen. This is a good choice if the content is not confidential and you are under a budget, but want to ensure encoding is done by someone who understands one of the offical languages and has cultural awareness of Canada.

3.d. Premium
This is manually encoded by a Canadian Citizen who has security clearance. This a good choice if the content is confidential in nature.

4. Allowance

Each tier has its Error Allowance.
An error is described as an encoding compliance error due to improper content production.
Additional errors for the specific content is charged at 50% of the total charge for the specific tier, per error.

5. Service Limitations

We can not be held responsible for inaccessibility of the created content.
Content production is up to the content owners.
Keeping the content up to date in compliance is up to the content owner.
