Terms of Subscription Service

spyritweb.com offers subscriptions services for serveral product lines.

By starting a subscription with spyritweb.com you acknowledge the Terms ("Terms of Subscription Service") in which we offer the service and agree to abide by these terms:

Section I: Eligibility

The intended audience of this content is for mature adults. You must be of legal age to order our services and/or to enter this site.

. You must be fully aware of your responsibility to comply with applicable laws, rules, codes and to abide by all published compliance regulations of your region and/or nation.

Section II: Use of Service

The Subscriber's use of the Service is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement ("Terms of Subscription Service"), as well as the "Terms of Site usage", "Terms of Purchase", "Terms of Content Usage", and "Terms of Service". spyritweb.com hereby grants the Subscriber, during the Term of the subscription:

a. A unique access code which the subscriber can login to our service via our access login page;
b. view Information supplied through our Service;

The Subscriber, shall not:

a. use, copy, store, save, transmit, reproduce, distribute, display, sell,receive any compensation, publish, broadcast or circulate the Information to any third party, without written permission from Free World Press Ltd. and/or the author;
b. remove, conceal or alter any copyright notices contained in the Service or the Information;
c. create or store in electronic form any shared library or archive of Information;
d. Users should notify Free World Press Ltd. if they learn, suspect, or attempt to Bypass Authorization, manipulate, circumnavigate, forge, content and/or programming. No user shall take advantage of a security vulnerability.
e. share the password which they use to access the Service with any other person. Users should notify Free World Press Ltd. if they learn or suspect that any password(s) is either being used by person not authorised by the Subscriber to use the Service or is being used by more than one User.

Section III: Service

a. spyritweb.com may may alter the form and content, make improvements and/or changes in the Service, including the Data which is provided from time to time in its sole discretion.
b. spyritweb.com may provide data and materials from Third Party providers or provide access to third party services that may or may not be retrieved onto the Service using methods provided by such third party. We are not responsible for third party data or services.
c. spyritweb.com will supply Information through the Service to the Subscriber and grants to the Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable license to use the Information and the Service pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
d. spyritweb.com retains control and ownership of the form and content of the Service. Neither the Subscriber nor any User will acquire any ownership rights in the Service or the Information, and the Subscriber shall not alter the form or content of the Information or Service without written permission from Free World Press Ltd. or the Author of the material in question.
e. Information is either proprietary to Free World Press Ltd or licensed from third party information providers. Should any license agreement with an information provider be terminated or suspended for any reason then the Information supplied by that information provider may be withdrawn from the Service.
f. Web content supplied via links to third party content is not included as Information for the purposes of this agreement and Free World Press Ltd. does not accept any libability in relation to third party web content. Free World Press Ltd. does not and cannot license the use of such Web Content. The Subscriber is solely responsible for determining the extent to which the Web Content is used.
g. The Subscriber acknowledges that any indexing codes used for retrieving Information from the Service are owned by either Free World Press Ltd, spyritweb or a third party, and that such indexing codes are protected by copyrights, database rights and/or trade marks owned by the relevant party. The Subscriber may use the indexing codes solely to access information from the Service and may not otherwise copy, publish, redistribute or otherwise use such codes.
h. Limitations and terms applicable to each specific Service are included at the end of this Agreement.
i. spyritweb.com shall make reasonable efforts to ensure the reliability of the Service; Freeworld Press Ltd. can not be held liable in relation to the accuracy, timeliness of the Information or for any loss or damage of any type in connection with the provision of or failure to provide the Service;
j. The total liability of Free World Press Ltd. under this Agreement shall, to the extent permitted by law, under no circumstances exceed 1.00 CDN.

Section IV: Payments

a. You are authorizing us to charge you a monthly subscription fee at the rate indicate during signing up.
b. Subscription rates are based on an amount in Canadian Dollars.
c. If you are using a local currency, which is different than canadian dollars, the actual amount may fluctuate based on currency exchanges rates.
d. The charges will be applied to the payment instrument you provide when you start your subscription.
e. The period time will vary depending on the subscription service ordered. The periods applicable to each specific Service is included at the end of this Agreement.
f. As soon as you've successfully completed the signup process and your payment is confirmed, your membership will begin.
g. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and each period thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription.
h. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS, unless required by law.
i. Your subscription will continue on a period-to-period basis unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel your subscription before it renews each period in order to avoid billing of the next period's subscription fees to your payment instrument;
i. You may cancel at any time by contacting us via email. You will need a cancelation code to ensure the cancelation will be processed;
k. Your subscription will automatically be renewed for the period of time ordered, unless you cancel the order.
l. The price is subject to change, but we will notify you beforehand.
m. spyritweb.com may occasionally offer a one-time or limited-time bonus to subscribers that have a current subscription or who agree to start a subscription.You understand that these items, which will generally be marked as “bonus” items, will not be a part of your ongoing subscription.
n. These terms are inclusive of any additional capacities, features or functionalities subsequently purchased by you that augment or enhance the Service (“Product Add-Ons”).
o. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices or other sums payable or consideration to be provided under this agreement are exclusive of tax. It is up to the subscriber to pay all taxes that are required by their region.

Section V: Special Pricing Eligibility

a. Education Pricing is only applicable if you attend homeschooling, public university, non-profit community college, prison education or adult upgrading. Proof of eligibility may be required. You may submit the information for our review via the contact us page - in the subject line put "Special Pricing for Education".
b. Charity Pricing is is only applicable if your organization is a chartiy organization which works for the public good. Please note that family run trusts typically do not qualify. Tax certification is not needed, however information about the charity will be needed, so that we may determine if you qualify for special pricing. This is non-negotiable. You may submit the information for our review via the contact us page - in the subject line put "Special Pricing for Charity".
c. Low Income Pricing is only applicable if you can provide proof that you can not afford our prices. You may submit the information for our review via the contact us page - in the subject line put "Special Pricing for Low Income".
d. Promotional Pricing must be redeemed in the specific time period, site and/or with the supplied promotional code, indicated in the promitional material. Once the time period of the promotion has expired, regular renewal subscription plan pricing will apply. We will notify you prior to changing the subscription billing value.

Section VI: Breach of Terms

     a. These Terms and Conditions override any contrary terms or conditions published by us in relation to any order placed by you with us.
     b. The user acknowledges that any breaches of these terms are grounds for canceling of their service without refund or reimbursement, banning of their IP, litigation and possible criminal enforcement.
     c. The parties acknowledge and confirm that during the term of this Agreement and following its termination the parties shall treat as confidential and shall not (other than in the proper provision of the Service or as required by any applicable law) use or disclose to any person, firm or company, the terms of this Agreement, including the Pricing Schedule agreed between the parties, and any confidential information relating to the business of and belonging to the other party, nor permit its use or disclosure. This obligation of confidentiality shall not apply to information which is publicly known (through no fault of the non-disclosing party) or not of commercial value to such other party.
     d. No public announcement, press release or circular (other than required by law or regulation) concerning this Agreement will be made by either party without the prior consent of the other party, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
